Tandoori chicken salad
Tandoori chicken is a South Asian dish frequently eaten by Pakistanis and Indians. In our restaurant, the chicken is first marinated in yogurt and spices[ paprika, cumin, cinnamon, black cardamom coriander, black pepper, etc.], and then roasted in a tandoor, a cylindrical clay oven. This chicken is served with fresh salad. We use Halal and fresh chicken to make it, which is why our Tandoori chicken tastes exquisite.
